I have a real poor credit score,and I asked allot of realtors how would I go about getting a foreclosed or a little fixer upper?Doors were slammed in my face.Im a unemployed single mother of 3.My job had shut its doors once and for all,and im lay ed off.I know there are government loan modifications or government programs out there.How do I acquire on going about it?
