If you have bad credit the bank considers you high risk right ? In return the bank charges you a higher interest rate right ? When you call the bank and ask them the question (Why would you charge a high risk person more interest?) their reply back is " That would be like rewarding someone for not paying the bank back" OK in government it’s the opposite! The more money you make the less your rewarded because your taxed more right? Plus if you sit on your butt, don’t get a job, & do drugs the government will send you a check in the mail each month & reward you! If the government was set up like the credit score system wouldn’t the United States be a better place ? Wouldn’t it motivate people to work ? I mean if the credit score system doesn’t reward you for not paying shouldn’t the government NOT reward you for not working ??? Also shouldn’t the people that make more be taxed less ??? & the people who makes less be taxed more !!! That would be great don’t you all think ?

Does the government have a plan to lend money for investment properties and if so how realistic is it?

Investment properties are getting harder to refinance after the properties have been fixed. Does the government understand that when they lower the interest rate the lenders make it harder for anyone to get loans and requiring higher credit scores, higher savings, and just higher requirements to even qualify for regular loans? Not to mention how much more ridicules requirements are for investors.
