I was recently married, but had to file my FAFSA with the income of my parents. Unfortunately for me, they make a decent amount of money so I only got the Stafford Loan from the government. I need to get another 00 to pay for this semester of school but am not eligible to sign most loans by myself because my gross income is not enough. I have a good credit score, but without enough money history, I still can’t get the loan. I’ve asked my parents to cosign, but because I just got married they will not sign on anything for me. What can I do to get the money I need?

Can I get a private loan with no work history?

August 17th, 2011 by admin | 4 Comments | Filed in Free Government Credit Score

I am a student, right now I have scholarships and loans from the government to help me pay for school, but it is still not enough to cover the cost, luckily i did have somewhat of a college savings plan that has helped me cover my first two years but that money has ran out. Now I am wondering where I can get a private loan. The situation I am finding myself in is that I have an excellent credit score, and excellent credit, but most of the loans want you to have two years of continous employement which i don’t have. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what other loans I could apply for?
to respond to an answer by someone below…i have had continous employment for almost a year and a half. But most loans want you to have two years which i don’t have.
